Tadpole Part 4: The Roof Goes On

In August 2014 we were high enough to start the roofing activities, build scaffolding, and invent new roofing – cromadek industrial roofing sheet steel cut into a fish scale pattern.

  1. Like the tadpole particularly the roof color and pattern which match well with surroundings. Is there a particular function for these fish scales? Any solar panel or skylight / sunroof? Well done!

    • Hello WengLong, thankyou for the feedback! Grace designed the roof thats why its unique! The fish scale design was used +100 years ago in Europe when the roofs were cut out of copper sheet which later oxidized to a copper-green colour. Can’t afford to use copper now though!
