It’s a case of ‘waste not want not’ in this part of the world and this wedding present was cracked in the shipping container on its way out here. The handle had snapped off also. After cast iron welding it’s working fine now on the double gas burners (meaning it gets hot).

Skidding logs with cows
Christmas day 2020: meet Headlands (Headrance!) and Dutchman – two trained cows who are onsite skidding the trees burnt a year ago so they can be turned into floorboards and crating.
